Roking implemented automation control system for limitation of water flow during the filter washment in order to prevent loss of filter mass caused by excess water flow at HBIS Serbia.
Scope of Work
Roking provided detailed and as-built electrical design, assembly, delivery and installation of electrical cabinet integrating Haiwell PLC and HMI. Delivered and installed measurement instrumentation and regulation valve. Roking developed PLC and HMI application software, did commissioning of the system and training of personnel.

Technical Description
Water flow to the sand filter is set as a parameter on HMI operator panel. Real flow of water is measured and fed to the PID controller in PLC whose output sets a reference for position of regulation valve. Indication of a dirty filter is achieved by continuous measurement of pressure at input and output of filter tank.
